Reputable business offering progressionCompetitive salary and company bonus schemeAbout Our ClientThis private healthcare company has seen significant growth in business over the past year and is now requiring a HR Administrator to support the internal HR team on a full time permanent basis. You will sit within a growing HR team and will liaise with employees that work remotely.Job DescriptionAs a HR Administrator you will:Update the internal HR CRM and database with new information, any updates on the employee lifecycle and ensure that employee contact details are correctSupport with the recruitment of new staff including managing the onboarding processEnsure compliance regulations and processes are in line with legislationsCollaborate with internal and external contacts to ensure staffing requirements are met at each site and ensure that staff schedules are up to dateSupport HR Manager with disciplinary processes, uploading documents to the internal systemThe Successful ApplicantThe successful HR Administrator will have:Experience or knowledge in a similar role within a HR functionKnowledge of HR policies and proceduresHave strong organisational skills and an ability to remain calm under pressureBe pro-active and a self motivatorHave strong written and verbal communication skillsWhat's on OfferIn return the business will offer:Flexible working (hybrid options/flexitime)
