Contribute substantially to the realization of the HR department's strategic development plan.
Team Leadership:
Ensure operational efficiency by mitigating administration errors or delays.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with diverse areas, enhancing the department's prominence.
Goal-Oriented Leadership:
Establish clear, measurable KPIs and objectives aligned with departmental goals.
Adhere to the tenets of the HR Charter to ensure stringent compliance.
Cultural Stewardship:
Contribute to a team that epitomizes the unique qualities differentiating Securitas.
Uphold and instill the values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
Regulatory Compliance Expertise:
Assure team adherence to SSSUKL policies and legal requirements.
