Our client is a well-established global service provider to the Freight forwarding, express and international parcels, warehousing, and logistics industry. With a vast far-reaching network across 60 countries and with 13,000 employees serving alliance customers and attending to the details of their business round the clock, around the globe.
We are now seeking a HR & Training Administrator your role will support the delivery of the HR agenda nationally ensuring that the transactional activities of the HR function are delivered effectively and in a timely manner.
This is a full time, permanent role, based in Slough reporting to the HR Business Partner for the UK. National travel within the UK may be required for the delivery of your duties.
The HR & Training Administrator is a trusted partner for the business at large. Working across all aspects of HR you will be responsible for the implementation and success of HR policies and initiatives within the UK.
We are looking for an experienced HR & Training professional, organised, and results driven, to ensue that the local and global HR strategy and agenda are aligned with local business objectives and needs.
The HR & Training Administrator will support the local management, providing guidance on policy and process.
Experience required.
* Qualified or working towards HR Qualification.
* Experience of working in an administrative support role (ideally HR), providing high quality and timely work.
* On-Site availability, 5 days per week, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed.
* Ability and willingness to travel nationally as required.
* Excellent communication, influencing, coaching and facilitation skills.
* Well organised, responsive, and able to work under pressure.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Good written and oral communications and strong interpersonal skills to deal with individuals at various levels, and on potentially sensitive matters.
* Excellent IT Skills, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Mail Merge, and report creation.
* Strong attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits
* Salary - up to �26,000.
* Hours - Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:30pm
* Bonus - Eligible for scheme
