We are working with a lovely client based near Snetterton and they are looking for Operations Support Administrator - the role is varied, and you would get involved with HR Administration and Recruitment, Training & Development.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring all HR information including absences, is up to date.
- Producing reports as requested.
- Coordinate the annual review process.
- Support Leadership Team with HR related matters as required.
- Lead on and manage on all aspects of recruitment including job descriptions, advertising, social media, applicant tracking and screening and interview scheduling,
- Lead on onboarding new starters including paperwork and documentation (including DBS and Right to Work), liaising with other departments to ensure efficient onboarding, organising and delivering Head Office inductions.
- Updating contact and emergency information
- Supporting with the onboarding and induction of new starters
- Maintaining and developing the training matrix to reflect the needs of the business.
- Liaising with Team Leaders to identify training requirements and opportunities.
- Identifying training providers and maintaining positive working relationships.
- Monitoring and reporting on training spend.
