Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking an HR Administrator based in Luton for a well-established commercial company.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Job Location: Luton
Type of Contract: 6-8 month FTC, Full time
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
The role…

As the HR Administrator, your role will involve the following important duties:


  • Compile disciplinary invitations and outcome letters. 
  • Process recruitment documentation including job descriptions, interview documentation, interview invitations etc.
  • Process new starters and leavers, including referencing/background checks, driver's licence checks and exit interviews.
  • Draft offer letters, contracts, changes to terms and conditions of employment and more.
  • Liaise with payroll to ensure timely coordination of payroll and benefits data on a weekly and monthly basis. 
  • Coordinate Occupational Health visits and screenings.
  • Coordinate PPE and uniform to include stock levels, ordering, and issuing items to colleagues. 

The experience required…

As a successful HR Administrator, you will have the following:


  • Level 3 CIPD or working towards this.
  • Minimum 2 years HR Admin experience. 
  • Strong numerical skills as role involves data processing and payroll
  • Experience working with HRIS database systems and management.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. 
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Experience working within a payroll environment.
