We are looking for a part time HR Administrator (the equivalent of two days a week), with experience of working in an HR department who is keen to get involved in all aspects of HR administration. Part of your role will be building key relationships and providing a pro-active, efficient service to our teams.



There will be a diverse range of responsibilities with a particular focus on the HR System and contracts. Responsibilities will include managing emails, dealing with correspondence and updating staff data on our systems.

Hours: 14 hours per week

We looking for someone to




  • Suppport all aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, engagement surveys, variations to contracts and offboarding.

  • Maintain�Staff Savvy (our HR system), ensuring that all people data is accurate and updated in a timely manner

  • Supported by the People Manager to issue offer letters and employment contracts to all seasonal new starters and carry out all pre-employment checks

  • Coordinate�inductions and creating a positive experience for all new starters

  • Issue�all employee paperwork including pay, promotion, and contract amendment letters




  • Ensure�all staff information is downloaded and uploaded as appropriate in a timely manner.

  • Support�employee relations cases, taking accurate minutes to provide information in a time-sensitive and professional manner.

  • Collating monthly MI for the Head of People to update the People dashboard

  • Monitor the People mailbox

  • Manage�the administration of benefits and Employee Assistance Programme

  • Update relevant parties at CFT of personnel changes (including but not limited to structure chart, programmes, Friends Membership, Spektrix, IT, Board, Website)




  • Attend weekly company intranet meetings, representing the People Team

  • Invoicing

  • Assist�with the management of all staff events such as Xmas Meals.

  • Maintain�the registers for all volunteers to CFT, ensuring they get the same positive experience as all core staff.

  • Ad-hoc office administration tasks to support other team members.
