This is a rare, part time opportunity that will offer a flexible work pattern to suit.



Responsibilities:




  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

  • Coordinate employee on boarding and off boarding procedures.

  • Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees.

  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.



Requirements:




  • Previous experience in HR administration or related field preferred.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
