Urgent requirement for a HR Administrator to join a leading Energy Service company. Based in Aberdeen City Centre this permanent role offers hybrid working and is best suited to those with demonstrable experience in a similar HR role.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:Monitoring, managing, and distributing queries received to the HR, Contractor Liaison, and Training inboxes.Providing advice to Senior Coordinators on various general HR matters, including workload updates and outstanding service agreements.Engaging in projects as discussed and agreed upon with Senior Coordinators.Coordinating with health providers to schedule medical exams, random drug screenings, and staff health surveillance, ensuring timely completion of all paperwork.Administering training requests, ensuring management approval is obtained and handling training bookings and logistics as needed.Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations and maintain data privacy standards.Supervising the preparation of employment contracts, service agreements, amendments, renewals, and other contractual documentation.Supporting new employees and contracting companies throughout the onboarding process.Maintaining HR records, files, and systems in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.Applicants to this role require:Demonstratable experience in a similar HR role.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
