HR Administrator - Part Time Maternity Cover

Are you looking to work for a global company that work with clients within sport, music, TV, Film, and corporate events?

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a company on a part-time basis (between 15-20 hours a week). This is a maternity cover FTC and will be paying a starting salary of �26k depending on experience pro rata. This role is fully office based.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • First point of contact for all employee queries via telephone and email
  • Managing the HR inbox and responding to emails efficiently
  • Assisting with recruitment for the company, such as creating job adverts and arranging interviews
  • On-boarding new staff and off-boarding leavers
  • Completing Right to Work Checks
  • Supporting Managers with disagreements, complaints, and grievances for staff
  • Keeping staff handbook updated and flagging documents that need updating
  • Maintaining records, letters/document templates on the HR system
  • Liaising with the finance department in producing monthly payroll schedules by providing reports from the HR system
  • Providing other ad hoc tasks as and when required

As this is a standalone role, the successful candidate must be confident in providing excellent people skills with a friendly and understanding personality and can prioritise work to meet deadlines. Knowledge of recruitment law and CIPD qualified is essential.
