Position:                    HR Administrator
Reporting to:             HR Business Partners
Salary:                       £21,463.00 per annum
Hours:                       Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Main purpose of the role:
Reporting into the HR BP’s, the HR Administrator will provide full and comprehensive administrative support, focused on HR and recruitment activities. The post holder will play a critical role within our busy HR Department, assisting with the management of our day-to-day HR activity and recruitment process to deliver the highest standards of advice and support to the business.
Key responsibilities:
Maintenance and management the HR information system including;
New starter input
Contacts/offer letters
Updating personal details
Right to work checks
Absences
Driving licence checks
Probations
Salary reviews
Process leavers
Carry out DBS checks
Note taking in meetings
Obtain and provide references
Maintenance of our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) – archiving and updating of adverts.
Placing job adverts on the appropriate advertising platforms via the ATS.
Assisting with ATS queries – password resets, navigation, queries etc.
Monitoring the recruitment mailbox.
Professionally and accurately responding to inquiries from candidates.
Inviting candidates to interview through the ATS, phone and using our text message system.
Coordinating with Team Leaders/relevant managers to schedule interview dates.
Maintenance of Comfort Coach our Learning Management System including;
New starters input
Assigning training
Processing leavers
Position requirements/Qualifications:
Confident and friendly telephone manner.
Excellent IT skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Strong organisational, multi-tasking and prioritising skills.
Ability to build relationships across different departments, thrives working in a team environment and communicates well with people at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
