Dartmouth Partners are delighted to partner with a fast- paced Financial Services organisation to recruit an HR Administrator in Central London. Initially a fixed term contract, there’s a strong possibility that the role could be extended or become permanent for the right person.
Working in a small, hands-on HR team, reporting into the Head of HR, you will support with all generalist HR activities such as; Updating and maintaining HR files on Workday, onboarding of new employees, issuing paperwork throughout employment, payroll and benefits administration and updating/managing excel trackers. As this business continue to go through change you may support on data and information requests from group.
In order to be successful in your application you need to demonstrate consistent HR Administration experience, ideally gained in financial or professional services. You must be comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment where there are conflicting deadlines and shifting priorities. You must have high attention to detail and strong communication/ interpersonal skills, along with good excel experience. It would be ana advantage if you have used Workday.
Offering up to £50,000, you will be required to work from office near London Bridge 2-3 days per week. This is a great opportunity for an HR Administrator comfortable working in a fast-paced, varied role, to add real value to a small hands-on team.
