If the answer is yes, then Bleckmann might be the right fit for you.We are hiring a HR Administrator on a fixed term contract (6 months) to support the opening of a new site in Corby. The role will be based in Swindon working 37.5 hours from Monday to Friday. The role offers a salary up to £28,500 dependant on knowledge and experience.Tasks and responsibilities:To support the HR Business Partners in producing HR paperwork associated with the employee lifecycle, including but not exclusively:new starter information – payroll set up; IT set up etccontracts of employmentfile managementemployee records and payroll information are accurately recordeddisciplinary and grievanceabsence managementperformance management; the review process and talent managementchanges to terms and conditionspension informationTo ensure that HR information is transparent and easily accessible to allTo refer managers and team members to relevant policies as requiredTo ensure absolute discretion over all sensitive data and ensuring that all employee data is maintained within GDPR guidelinesTo promote and create a continuous improvement culture through identifying areas for improvement and positively acting on themTo undertake ad hoc projects as required by the HRBP, such as producing letters; note taking; travel arrangements; organising events etcProfile:You consistently deliver core processes while looking for opportunities to improve.
