Air Charter Service are the number of charter broker employing over 600 people across 33 offices globally. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join our HR department at our Surbiton HQ on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Job Description
Working with the wider HR team, the duties of this role will include but are not limited too:
Responsible for managing the employee on boarding process
Issuingoffer letters and contracts of employment
Ensure all new starters are compliant, carrying outright to work checks, assisting with DBS checks & referencing etc
Managing the process for leavers
Work closely with the payroll department, communicating any changes
Ensuringthe HR system and employee files are up to date
Respond to queries from employees and managers ensuring that the HR shared mailbox is managed effectively.
Qualifications
Previous experience working in HRand issuing contracts of employment is essential
Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
Comfortable using HR software
Outstanding attention to detail
Organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Additional Information
This is a
12 month fixed term contract
based in our Surbiton HQ.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience
22 days’ holiday per year
