Air Charter Service are the number of charter broker employing over 600 people across 33 offices globally. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join our HR department at our Surbiton HQ on a 12 month fixed term contract.Job DescriptionWorking with the wider HR team, the duties of this role will include but are not limited too:Responsible for managing the employee on boarding processIssuingoffer letters and contracts of employmentEnsure all new starters are compliant, carrying outright to work checks, assisting with DBS checks & referencing etcManaging the process for leaversWork closely with the payroll department, communicating any changesEnsuringthe HR system and employee files are up to dateRespond to queries from employees and managers ensuring that the HR shared mailbox is managed effectively.QualificationsPrevious experience working in HRand issuing contracts of employment is essentialKnowledge of HR processes and proceduresComfortable using HR softwareOutstanding attention to detailOrganised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloadStrong verbal and written communication skillsAdditional InformationThis is a 12 month fixed term contract based in our Surbiton HQ.22 days’ holiday per yearFree onsite gym with classesFree Breakfast and Lunch in our onsite canteen “The Hangar"Private healthcare and Pension2x "giving back" charitable days per yearHere at ACS we're passionate about bringing people together to create a truly inclusive environment that promotes and values diversity, across our global network of offices.#HRadministrator #HRjobs #fixedtermcontract #HRprocesses #HRonboarding #HRjobslondon
