This is a key post contributing to the associations aims and objectives in delivering quality accommodation and support to young people under Ofsted regulation, ensuring young peoples rights are upheld and advocated for.
The job holder will have acquired knowledge through on the job experience. Most work undertaken will be tailored to the needs of each young person presenting to our service albeit it will be of a routine nature requiring the job holder to follow delegated established practices, procedures and policies.
