General: Specific duties:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy Manager to join our team. The Strategy Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing our strategic improvement initiatives. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading on and supporting the delivery of critical Housing projects
Producing and presenting consistently high-quality reports in consultation and to the requirements of the Leadership Team
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic projects &initiatives.
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership.
Preparing and presenting reports and presentations to communicate improvement and strategic plans and progress.
Staying informed about trends and best practices in housing strategy, development and execution to facilitate decision making, service transformation and commissioning.
To manage and advise upon political processes, ensuring quality, clarity, and consistency in the Department’s interactions with elected members and senior officers.
To support and scope the demands and maintain oversight of external inspection frameworks, ensuring that appropriate preparations are made in advance and that service improvement activity arising from completed inspections is identified and implemented.
