Housing Reviews Officer - Fully Remote

• Managing an individual caseload of homelessness/suitability reviews in accordance with Part VII Housing Act 1996 (as amended), ensuring all internal and statutory deadlines are met.

• Investigating cases and issuing decisions in relation to the various homelessness duties associated in particular with S188, 193 and 202 within the relevant time frames.

• Responding to members enquiries and other correspondence within specified performance timescales.

• To cover any other duties as may be required
