About the Role:
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in assisting Solicitors while also managing your own caseload. Your responsibilities will span a broad spectrum of matters, including possession proceedings, injunction proceedings, disrepair claims, and more. You'll provide invaluable advice and assistance to Registered Providers of Social Housing and private landlords, contributing to the effective management of their properties.

Join one of the largest teams in England & Wales, comprising 51 fee earners with extensive expertise in housing management and property litigation. They're dedicated to providing top-notch legal services to over 100 Registered Providers across the nation, believing that effective housing management is pivotal to their clients' success. Additionally, they serve a diverse clientele, including private organisations, landowners, developers, investors, charities, and local authorities.
What You'll Do:
Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting solicitors, drafting legal documents, managing deadlines, preparing trial bundles, liaising with courts, conducting advocacy, and maintaining organised files. You'll work collaboratively within the team, meeting targets and adhering to departmental procedures and firm policies.
Who They're Looking For:
They're seeking individuals with previous experience in property litigation or housing management, minimum 2:2 degree or equivalent in Law, solid drafting skills, and proficiency in MS applications. the perfect fit for this role.
