Location: Devon, EX16 – Hybrid Working Available
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 5PM (##########0) – Flexible Working Available
Contract Role up to Septembe#####24 with potential for extension.
Salary: £17.12-£18.53 PAYE per hour or £21.55-£23.32 Umbrella per hour
Recruiting for a Housing Options Officer working in the Devon area. Flexible working hours and hybrid working available.
To provide professional housing advice, housing waiting lists, and homelessness services to those requiring it.
Essential: Experience working in a similar role and knowledge of homeless legislation and case law. Must have a full UK driving license and access to a car as this will require travel. Working knowledge of Housing legislation.
