Housing Options Officer

A Local Authority in Kent is looking for a Housing Options Officer to join their team for at least 3 months.

You will need:

• Extensive knowledge of HRA and Part 7 of The Housing Act 1996
• Experience in making s184 decision letters and PHPs
• Prior use of Locata is desired but not necessary

If you are based in Kent and have knowledge/experience of the above, this role would be a good fit for you, only going into the office twice a week!
