JOB DETAILS:

Working on behalf of a local authority, JO Recruitment are looking for 2 Housing Options Officers. This will be a hybrid role with 2 days per week WFH and 3 days at either Northampton/ Towcester/ Daventry on a three monthly rolling basis. These are full time positions, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday paying �21.54 per hour PAYE; which is equivalent to �41,443K salary or �28 per hour through an umbrella.

• Prevention and relief of homelessness,


• issuing of legally compliant letters,


• assessment of main homelessness duty, including eligibility, priority need, local connection and intentional homelessness.
