As a Housing Officer in Rochdale, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of residents within our community. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with housing standards. Providing support and guidance to tenants regarding tenancy agreements, rent payments, and housing queries. Documenting and reporting maintenance issues promptly. Collaborating with external agencies and partners to address any social or housing-related issues. Building positive relationships with residents to foster a sense of community and trust.

What we're looking for: Previous experience in housing management or a related field is desirable but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work ad hoc shifts as required.
