Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037.Together with our partners, we support over 14,000 young people each year.As a Housing First Worker, you will need to have strong people skills in order to build psychologically informed relationships with young people. You will also need excellent communication, organisational and advocacy skills. We are looking for people with experience of working with young people or adults with multiple and complex needs, preferably in an outreach or floating support capacity.Successful candidates will need to be prepared to work across our brand new Bournemouth services, visiting young people in their homes and communities.
