Calling all night owls! We are looking for a night Housing Concierge to join our team following the successful internal move of one of our current colleagues.
If you are someone who prefers working through the night than the day and you really get a kick from working with and helping people, then this is the role for you!
The Copeland Move On service is a service which supports customers who have been homeless or have been threatened with homelessness. Customers come to the service to receive support with their housing; mental health and other issues they may have going on in their lives.
What we are looking for
Someone who is good at speaking to customers
Some of our customers are night owls and love a cuppa and a chat of a night time to pass the time! This is a really important part of the role.
Youll have great communication skills and will be able to manage conflict.
You dont need experience of housing or this type of role before, you just need to be a good people person!
