Housekeeping Supervisor

Salary: £25,000- £25,500 per annum

Working Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week (working any 5 days out of 7) from 7 am to 3 pm.

This College is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic Housekeeping team in the role of Housekeeping Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily supervision and motivation of our dedicated Cleaners. This includes conducting regular checks and inspections to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and in accordance with the service level agreement. In addition, you will play a key role in training new team members and planning staff rotas.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory position, ideally within a similar role.
• Substantial cleaning and housekeeping experience.
• Experience of training staff
• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Competent IT user (Word & Excel)
