Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is looking for a Floor Supervisor to maintain and control the standards within bedrooms and corridors ensuring a high level of service to guests at all times.
Floor Supervisor key responsibilities:
To prioritize and plan the order of servicing to ensure supply of clean sellable rooms meet the requirements of Front Office
To assist the Housekeeping management with overall department duties.
To allocate work to Housekeeping staff as appropriate and ensure that all rooms on their floors are covered and cleaned to required standard. Monitor the VIP rooms and ensure that they are cleaned with all amenities to the required standard.
To ensure the standard of cleanliness and maintenance required by the Company is adhered to at all times.
Check all malfunctions on Floors, Linen Room, Service Area and Public Areas and report to the Housekeeping Coordinator.
To hand in and log all lost property
To do routine inspections with Public Area Cleaners and Floor Porters to ensure they are doing their duties to the required standard.
To supervise and conduct routine inspections with Room Attendants in the carrying out of their duties to the required standard as indicated in their job description.
To cover Office Administration and evening duties if required.
Assist the Housekeeping management in any day-to-day requirements and carry out any assignments that may be allocated.
