Requirements We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our residential house management team at Garnllwyd Barns. As our House Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in creating an environment where warmth, compassion, and support define daily life.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a care environment.
A warm and compassionate heart that aligns with Elidyr's values.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Understanding of, and commitment to person-centred care.
Relevant qualifications in care and management (QCF Level 4/5 or equivalent).

Passion for creating a warm, supportive atmosphere for individuals with additional learning needs.
