As the Resort General Manager of this amazing property, you’ll have responsibility for all aspects of the operation including guest and employee satisfaction, people management, financial performance, sales & revenue generation and delivering a return on investment.
A strong leader who has the ability to articulate a strong vision for the hotel, embedding the values, being able to narrate how we are doing and where we are heading, influence and move the whole team in one direction.
Is this General Manager role right for me?
Passionate about continually driving top line performance.
Previous experience operating a large Golf, M&E, Leisure & Spa, multifaceted hotel.
Proven track record in developing, rolling out and operating successful concepts.
Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
Create a culture focused on delivering the highest levels of customer scores and online reputation.
Visibility within the property
An ability to think for oneself whilst understanding the difference between autonomy and accountability.
Strong business acumen coupled with knowledge & understanding of all commercial and financial aspects of hotel operations.
Identify potential opportunities and challenges and devise strategies to deal effectively with both.
Highly passionate & driven about hospitality.
