We are looking for a Hotel Reception ist !

What will I be doing as a receptionist?
Providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests
Performing smooth check-in and check-out for guests ensuring that our guests are responded to promptly and professionally at all times.
Assisting with guest enquiries and resolving general complaints
Good knowledge of the hotel facilities and services we offer.
Working well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service and high team morale.
