Hotel Receptionist Boutique Hotel
We are currently looking to hire a Hotel Receptionist who has a solid background in customer service and knows how to provide a warm, welcoming experience for our guests. This position will be for our unique hotel and restaurant.
The Crazy Bear Stadhampton is a flamboyant boutique hotel comprising 23 eclectically designed bedrooms, English and Thai restaurants, bars, extensive private function facilities, abundant gardens and terraces and Thai massage treatment room.
Hotel Receptionists are responsible for fabulous first impressions, pre-prepared guest welcome and immaculate administration, including:
Hotel guests welcome with check-in administration
Showing guests to their bedrooms with full venue and bedroom information
Liaising with all departments to ensure we are always ready for each guest including special requests
Hotel guests departure with check-out administration including payments
Office duties including filing, reporting, etc
Assisting guests with their telephone and email enquiries / reservations, offering friendly advice to sell our bedrooms, dining and Thai massage services, and up-sell other products
