Crowne Plaza London Kings Cross, a deluxe 4-star hotel located in a prime area, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Receptionist Supervisor to lead our front desk team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage the operations of the reception department in conjunction with the Reception Manager.
Guest Service: Ensure optimal service quality standards are met and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Team Development: Foster a positive work environment, motivate staff, and oversee their continuous development.
Operational Excellence: Perform check-in and check-out procedures, handle guest inquiries, and resolve complaints efficiently.
Administrative Duties: Supervise cash handling, monitor room assignments, and ensure the reception area is well-maintained.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in hotel management software is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
