As a dedicated Night Porter / team member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, safe and enjoyable experience for our guests during their overnight stay.
Responsibilities:
Be the ultimate ambassador for both Kabannas and your incredible city.
Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests during late check-ins and deal with any queries overnight.
Assist with general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
Prepare and serve basic food and beverage items during the overnight cafe service.
Support breakfast setup and preparation for the next day.
Ensure security and safety by monitoring the premises and performing regular patrols and compliance checks.
Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and complete any necessary administration.
