We are looking for an enthusiastic Night Auditor tojoin our family on a full time basis. This position reports to the Night Manager and Front Office Manager.
Working pattern: 4 days on 4 days off/ shift work 8pm to 8am
Salary: £23,795.20 plus service charge and incentives.
We are looking for someone with previous hotelNight Auditorexperience withexcellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Hasa positive attitude towards training and development and enjoysdelivering personalisedoutstanding service to our guest.
As a Night Auditor you will:
Reconcile credit card banking for Rubens and Hotel 41
Compile reports for next day and distribute to departments
Scan all relevant documentation overnight
Handle reservations and walk-ins, and deal with any guest queries
