Hotel Manager

Manager
Dynamic, hardworking person required to manage our luxury country house hotel with self catering apartments and very busy bar.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role and ideally with knowledge of mainstay or similar systems.
You will have excellent marketing skills, knowledge and abilities.
You will be upto date with knowledge of employment law, health and hygiene, licensing etc.
You will have excellent communication and problem solving skills and happy to always lead by example.
This is very much a hands on role and the successful applicant must be happy to role up their sleeves in every department if needed.
This role would also be suitable for management couple as there are other opportunities available with in the hotel.
Being quite a remote location owning a car would be an advantage. Live in available.
The expected hours will be from 45-50 hours per week.
