As the Assistant General Manager you will be working alongside the General Manager and not beneath and as team deliver on exception service and continue the spectacular reputation that has already been built but also the giving you complete creative freedom to take it further forward as you see fit.

As our Assistant Manager, you will be focusing on developing and implement effective strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of all departments along with your head of departments, monitoring quality and service standards whilst foster a positive work culture and team spirit to ensure heartfelt service is delivered to our guests & team members alike.

The successful Assistant General Manager will have proven management experience ideally from a Hotel background, with an extensive background within hotel operations including a spa and fine dining restaurant. We seek a candidate with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and guest preferences to successfully lead the retreat.
