Role Overview:
Our client, a prominent player in the real estate and hospitality sector, is seeking a Senior Analyst and a Senior Consultant to join their Advisory team. As an external recruitment firm, we are entrusted with identifying top talent for this crucial role. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for evaluating the market and economic feasibility of various projects, including hotels, mixed-use resorts, and leisure destinations, on a global scale. This intermediate position is ideal for real estate professionals who excel in numerical analysis and possess strong communication skills. Reporting directly to the Studio Director, the Senior Analyst and Senior Consultant will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success. This is a growing team with a global presence, this is a chance to cover an extensive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research and data collection activities in collaboration with the team.
Facilitate workshops with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess its impact on development opportunities.
Utilize interdisciplinary thinking to ground ideas in research insights.
Demonstrate a broad understanding of geography, economics, and global affairs.
Work closely with the Senior Consultant and Advisory Studio Director to deliver assignments effectively.
Expectations in the Role:
Proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis.
Ability to visually represent information through charts and graphics.
Strong writing skills to communicate findings and recommendations clearly.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in real estate, economics, tourism, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years for Senior Analyst and 5 years for Consultant of relevant experience.
Background in real estate/hotel development or consulting preferred.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a team environment under pressure.
Critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Well-traveled with a broad understanding of geography, economics, and global affairs.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate project administration effectively.
Passion for leisure and tourism, with a solid understanding of the hospitality sector.
