Overview: Hospitality Trainer
Are you an experienced Hospitality Manager looking for more work/life balance? We might just have the opportunity for you! We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager who would like to become a qualified apprenticeship assessor! The successful candidate will be passionate about training, people development and enjoy passing their knowledge onto the next generation of Hospitality professionals.
You must have at least 3 years Hospitality Management experience to be considered for this role position.
Purpose of the role: Hospitality Trainer
Once qualified (TAQA and AET), you will be managing a caseload of Hospitality learners (up to Level 4) both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Coaching and mentoring the learner through to completion of their Hospitality qualifications, including Functional Skills English and Maths.
Full training and qualifications are fully funded and provided by the employer.
