In addition to valuable work experience and the skills you have learnt and developed on the job, you will also gain a nationally recognised Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor apprenticeship qualification.How are the 14 months structured?The De Vere Emerging Leader Programme begins with an insight in to some of the departments at the heart of running a Hotel & Event venue. For the first 6 months you will spend time in 6 different departments learning new skills to gain an excellent foundation. The departments will include Meetings & Events, Bar, Restaurant, Reception, Housekeeping & the Kitchen.Following your initial 6 months you will work with the Management team to choose 2 departments to work in for a further 3-5 months, to focus on and gain a greater depth of knowledge including learning about the duties involved at a Supervisory level.You will be required to work a variety of hours and days depending on the department in which you are working.
