Position: Hospitality Manager
Location: Norwich, NR12
Salary: �30,000 annually (based on experience)
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours per week
As the Hospitality Manager, you will utilise your exceptional people management and communication abilities to ensure our clients residents receive an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all facets of hospitality operations, from maintaining a "healthy living" food service and implementing engaging activities programs to ensuring top-tier housekeeping and maintenance operations.
If you possess demonstrated experience in a similar role within a care home, hotel, or hospitality setting, along with knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, and policies such as employment and health and safety legislation, we invite you to apply to join our clients welcoming, family-oriented care home.
Reports to: Homes Manager/ Regional Hospitality & Lifestyle Manager
This opportunity may be ideal for you if you have:
Previous experience in a hospitality-related field
Exceptional communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational abilities and punctuality
