Job Title:Hospitality Assessor / Trainer (Trainee or Qualified) *Trainee or Qualified Assessor Opportunity* Full training and support willbegiventocandidatestoachieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training Location:Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel throughout London Salary:£31,200 - £36,600 - Depending on qualifications and level of delivery (Inclusive of location uplift) Package:Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage + much more! Type:Full-time, Permanent Essential Criteria:
- Must have experience of working within Front of House and Back of House in a Pub, Restaurant or Hotel setting at Supervisory level or above (Food and Beverage; Food Production; Housekeeping and Reception).
- Ideally hold an NVQ Level 2 or above in Hospitality (for exampleany of the following:Hospitality,Professional Cookery, Food Production,Food andBeverage, Reception, Housekeeping).
- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel. Duties include:
- Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality at Level 3 or Level 4 (depending on competency), across Back of Houseand Front of House specialisms.
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and generaladministration.
- Deliveringvia a blended learning approach(Remote/online delivery and some face-to-facelearning).
- Managing your diary efficientlytoensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support,advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barrierstolearning andadapt deliverytomeet learner’s needs. Personal Skills:
- Confident and professional with the abilitytoinspire and motivate people.
