Location:Home/Field based – Must be flexible with travel throughout London
Salary:£31,200 – £36,600 – Depending on qualifications and level of delivery (Inclusive of location uplift)

Essential Criteria:
Must have experience of working within Front of House and Back of House in a Pub, Restaurant or Hotel setting at Supervisory level or above (Food and Beverage; Food Production; Housekeeping and Reception).
Ideally hold an NVQ Level 2 or above in Hospitality (for exampleany of the following:Hospitality,Professional Cookery, Food Production,Food andBeverage, Reception, Housekeeping).
Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.
Duties include:
Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality at Level 3 or Level 4 (depending on competency), across Back of Houseand Front of House specialisms.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and generaladministration.
Deliveringvia a blended learning approach(Remote/online delivery and some face-to-facelearning).
Managing your diary efficientlytoensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
Support,advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barrierstolearning andadapt deliverytomeet learner’s needs.
Personal Skills:
Confident and professional with the abilitytoinspire and motivate people.
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the abilitytoplan your time effectively.
