Excellent salary up to £60,000 We are excited to announce an outstanding opportunity for a Hospital Manager role at a highly reputable RCVS accredited small animal hospital in East London. Our client has been a cornerstone of the local community since 1972, consistently delivering top-notch expertise in veterinary care.The ideal candidate brings experience from a healthcare management background, with veterinary practice management experience being a definite plus but not a requirement. Working alongside a dynamic team, including an experienced head vet with a decade of service, a dedicated deputy hospital manager, compassionate head and deputy nurses, and essential hospital administrators, you will help ensure the hospital's continued success.The hospital boasts state-of-the-art equipment, such as a new CT scanner, commercial laboratory, X-ray, Ultrasound, and Dentistry facilities. Their team of skilled veterinary surgeons is capable of handling complex cases, including advanced orthopaedic, soft tissue, and minimally invasive surgeries on-site.As Hospital Manager, your core responsibilities include fostering a collaborative team environment, driving operational and financial excellence, managing general practice functions like stock control and rota management, overseeing the reception team for exceptional client service, and providing support for debt and complaint management. You will also play a pivotal role in hospital staff recruitment, working closely with HR as needed.To thrive in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, a passion for veterinary care, and excellent communication abilities. Full Time role: Monday - Friday•

Excellent salary from £50,000 to £60,000 DOE•
