As the Hospital Director, you will:

• Set the strategic direction of the service
• Form strong internal and external stakeholder links to ensure successful delivery of business objectives
• Strengthen the management team through identifying skills gaps and developing a performance-focused culture
• Plan, manage, and review the occupancy and financial performance
• Ensure that service user/resident safety is paramount and maintained through robust clinical governance structures

The ideal Hospital Director will have:

• RMN Nursing Qualification
• Active NMC Pin
• Proven record of managing nursing teams
• Turnaround experience (desirable)
• Sound knowledge of the mental health act
