Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with external partners and stakeholders, and raising the profile and reputation of the Trust will maximise opportunities to enhance the provision of care.You will provide professional support to the Directorate and Site management teams, ensuring clear communication and that teams are on course to achieve the Trust's vision and deliver high quality patient services. Education/ Qualifications

EssentialMasters level education (MBA, MA, MSc) or equivalent experience.Significant experience of managing services in a complex healthcare setting, including substantial experience at senior management level. Successful track record of staff management, financial management, performance and change managementDesirableProject Management Qualification eg PRINCE 2Diploma level management qualification
