The post will be based in Daisy Hill Hospital with cover in Craigavon Area Hospital. This role will start immediately with a pay rate of £11.67 per hour, working 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. This role is initially for 3 months with a possibility of extension.The successful candidate will support the Accounts Receivable Shared Services centre and provide a cashier service on the hospital sites as well as assist in the recovery and recording of Trust income.What The Job Entails:Assist in the recovery of Trust income, including calculating amounts due and generating invoicesReceive, receipt and record remittances made to the Trust including cash, cheques, electronic transferInput transactions accurately to all systems including Accounts Receivable within the Finance Procurement & Logistics systemAssist the Team Leader in preparing lodgements, including counting cash/cheques and reconciling to recorded receiptsInvestigate and appropriately resolve any discrepancies or queries relating to transactionsWhat We Need from You:4 GCSEs at Grade C or above to include English and Maths1 years’ experience in a finance/ administrative roleExperience using MS OfficeFull clean driving licence and access to own carWhat We Will Offer You:Opportunity to work in the public sectorExcellent working conditionsInclusion into our company pension schemeMore InformationThe Next Steps:Contact Thomas Fitzpatrick or Patrick McCloskey on 02838316446First Choice is an equal opportunities employer
