I am currently working with a client who needs a homeownership officer to join their growing team.



They are looking for a homeownership officer who will be a great�addition to their quality service and ensure that customers�keep to the terms of their leases.



Homeownership Officer Duties:




  • Dealing with inquiries from Homeowners about service charges

  • Support the Homeownership manager

  • Oversee the right-to-buy process and make sure legislative guidelines have been met



Essential Details:




  • Four years worth of experience working in Homeownership

  • Experience in dealing with section 20 notices, sales inquiries, land registry inquiries

  • Experience in income recovery and management of rent arrears
