floating support, based at Harbour House
What will you be doing in this role?
Working on one of two projects providing support to people in their own homes; you will assist our tenants to identify their goals and aspirations; to develop their skills and to overcome barriers to independent living using a range of coaching, training and support methods.
You will be providing support using a person-centred approach that promotes independence, responsibility, healthy lifestyles, and personal wellbeing and you will build relationships with them by spending quality time helping them to develop community connections.

It would be a bonus if you also had:
A qualification in housing or health and social care
Understanding or experience of drug and alcohol services, social services or those for people experiencing mental ill health
Have worked with people facing, or personally experienced, multiple disadvantage or homelessness
Housing or support experience

Working arrangements:
This role involves working in the community, but you will be based at Harbour House.
37 hrs per week; Monday to Friday.
You must hold a current driving licence and have use of a vehicle insured for business purposes.
