Homecare Specialist Pharmacist

About The Role
As a Homecare Specialist Pharmacist here at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare, you will act as a true healthcare partner to our business. We’re one of the most experienced providers of clinical homecare and are looking for an experienced pharmacist to join our team. This is a varied role where you will gain exposure to prescription screening and act as a responsible pharmacist for our dispensary unit on site, when required. You will have the opportunity to handle queries from patients and hospitals and use your technical and product knowledge to solve problems. If you are a qualified pharmacist with a systematic approach, this role is for you!
Please note: this is a non patient facing role with a hybrid model of circa 2 days working from home after a 6 month training period. There will also be occasional evenings, nights and on call duties.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will be a GPhC-registered pharmacist, ideally with experience working in a hospital or home healthcare environment. Much of the role involves checking for accuracy, so strong attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to stay focused over long periods of time. Other qualities you’ll need include excellent communication skills, a systematic approach and a commitment to continuous professional development.
