Salary £28,000 - £35,000 dependent on experiencePermanent London HybridAs a Home Product Executive, you will be managingand developing market-leading insurance products incorporating key TCF principles, you'll be working within the cross functional team to ensure adherence to FCA guidelines as well as delivering product development and enhancements to business plans.As a natural collaborator, you will be working cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business so in this broad and varied role, you will have exposure to all corners of our insurance business ensuring that we best serve our customers whilst remaining competitive in the market.We offer total flexibility over where you work – you choose a place where you feel most comfortable and productive, either from home or in one of our hubs in London, Ashford or Sandwich. We come together with a purpose to collaborate, typically once a month in London or Kent.Role ResponsibilityAs our Home Product Executives, you will work with the Home Product Lead and wider Product Team to manage and develop market-leading insurance products incorporating key Consumer Duty principles.Other accountabilities include:Work within commercial relationships with suppliers and compliance to ensure adherence to FCA guidelinesInvolvement in all areas of product management, including Annual Product Assessments & product development.Deliver product development and enhancements to business planProject management, with particular focus on cross-functional team working Supplier relations - attendance at supplier meetings, where required.Technical and management input into complaints handling, including intervention where necessary to ensure the fair and effective resolution of customer disputes.Delivery of accurate and up to date insurance and product market analysis.Management of competitor and industry research and analysis, including the maintaining of price competitiveness consistent with the Saga brand through market comparisons and actuarial liaisonEnsure all customer communications are technically correct, consistent, aligned with the Saga brand and meet relevant regulatory requirementsUndertake root cause analysis of products to understand key drivers behind customer complaints and deliver innovative solutionsThe Ideal CandidateTo be a successful HomeProduct Executive it is essential that you have experience within general insurance including both product and regulatory requirementsOther skills and experience required include:Knowledge of product management principles and procedures.Ability to work within a team and independently.Ability to prioritise workload effectively.Ability to manage and deliver cross-functional projects to tight deadlines.Ability to challenge and improve existing processes.Commercially aware and able to develop and implement product initiatives to meet customer needs.Ability to manage delivery and analyse market research.Home insurance product knowledge.Personal Characteristics:Customer focused, with the confidence to be curious and challenge.High levels of drive and enthusiasm – a self-starter.Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Ability to multi-task.Package DescriptionEveryday our colleagues deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.
