Homeownership Officer
Based: Homebased, able to efficiently travel across a large geographical area, to meet and respond to the needs of the business.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £30,294 - £33,660 per annum (RFJ 6)
The role
The Homeownership Offer will be responsible for delivering an efficient service to homeowners across the East Midlands.
The role will include carrying out meetings with homeowners, provision of service charge information; co-ordinating legal processes, ensuring that legislative and contractual provisions are fulfilled and preparing management information.
The ideal candidate
We are looking for an individual with sound experience of managing home ownership properties and working a customer experience environment.
The ideal candidate will have worked with and will have been involved in customer service delivery and will have knowledge of legal, regulatory, social and political issues affecting leasehold management and general housing issues.
You will hold previous experience in budgeting and service charge calculations which is also essential for this role.
We are looking for an organised, target focused individual who can demonstrate passion for excellent customer service and the ability to work unsupervised and on their own initiative.
